Both Natalie and Linda have impeccable credentials, with strong connections to the community and will be valued additions to our organization. Biographies Natalie Bray: Natalie is a lifelong area resident with Elliot Lake being her home for the past 14 years. She has over 12 years Municipal Government experience and has worked the last 10 years for the City of Elliot Lake as the Confidential Assistant to the CAO where she is actively working towards her CMO Designation. Volunteering is a way of life for Natalie who currently sits as Co-Chair of the Elliot Lake Pride Committee, Vice President of the North Shore Parents Association of Dance and is a member the Elliot Lake Wildcat Fundraising Committee. She also served 12 years on the Relay for Life Steering Committee. With a strong focus on fundraising, Natalie takes a proactive approach to business and pursuing new opportunities. Her most recent project involved securing sponsorship funding for a 2016 Olympian through corporate and private donations, surpassing targeted goals. Natalie is a hard worker with a big community drive and even bigger ideas. Linda Sicoli: Born and raised in Elliot Lake, Linda Sicoli returned to the community with more than 20 years of experience in consulting to private sector and non-profit organizations. Working with small to medium enterprises, Linda has facilitated companies through complex issues in change management, fundraising and public relations, diversification and strategic marketing communications planning. She has directed private and non-profit organizations through complexities, identifying market opportunities and steering them in setting realistic and achievable goals. Linda believes in the economic potential of the region and is motivated to lend her skills and support to create an atmosphere of positive inspiration in the social and economic fabric of the community.
