The Wildcats are proud to announce the signing of Jason Wilson. The Orleans native split last season between the Ottawa Jr. Senators of the CCHL and the Metcalfe Jets of the EOJHL. The speedy centre also helped lead his team to the Telus Cup Midget AAA National Championship during the 2012-13 season. Jason has some familiarity with hockey in the northern parts of Ontario and looks forward to contributing to the Wildcats on and off the ice. “I want to experience life in a small town and be a part of making history with a new Jr. A organization. I was a silver medalist in the 2013 Telus Cup which was held in Sault Ste. Marie and I enjoyed the vibe of hockey in Northern Ontario.” “I can contribute as a two-way forward, bringing speed down the middle of the ice and competitiveness in all 3 zones. I will also bring strength to the penalty kill and maturity and leadership in the dressing room.
